Course Description of Baduanjin

Baduanjin is an independent and complete fitness exercise with a long history and wide spread. Its origin can be traced back to the Northern Song Dynasty and it has a history of more than 800 years. Baduanjin integrates traditional Chinese medicine's meridian theory, qi and blood theory, etc.

The Course is based on human body theory of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine):
